It was identified three managerial levels in the studied companies: the strategic positions, general management and supervision. The occupants of strategic positions work with a wide context trying to achieve companies profitability. While occupants of general management and intermediate management are in charge of the intermediation among the hierarchical levels, they plan and control activities, administration of projects and execution of goals.
